The following terms and conditions apply exclusively to ad libitum Konzertwerkstatt gGmbH events.
Tickets may be purchased by telephone, from the evening box office (opens 1½ hours before the performance commences) or online from www.oao.at or www.adlibitum.at. Payment by debit card, credit card (Visa, Mastercard) and cash at the evening box office. Tickets purchased online can be paid for by credit card.
Tickets can be ordered in writing (post, e-mail, fax) or by telephone. Written orders can specify the price range, but not the exact seating position. Please always quote your telephone numbers (landline and mobile) and your e-mail address when placing an order. It is important for us to be able to notify you in good time of last-minute changes (e.g. concert cancellation). Your tickets will be available for you to collect from the evening box office. All orders (telephone, fax, e-mail, online) are binding and irrevocable. Entry tickets are not covered by your statutory right of cancellation. It is not possible to cancel tickets that have already been paid for unless mandatory provisions of consumer protection law apply.
Payment for ordered tickets must be made immediately, in full, by giro or bank transfer.
Tickets can only be reserved by telephone. Reserved tickets will be available for collection from the evening box office.
Concessions are governed by the different events and concerts organised by ad libitum. Concessions are quoted individually for each event.
Refunds and exchanges
Basically it is not possible to refund or exchange tickets that have already been issued, or to apply concessionary prices retrospectively. If concerts have sold out, ad libitum can try to sell the tickets, without obligation, on a commission basis. Commission of EUR 3 per ticket will apply if the tickets are resold. The account will be settled after the concert.
Changes to performers, dates or programmes
ad libitum reserves the right to make changes to performers, dates or programmes and minor modifications to seating plans. Such changes do not constitute grounds for return of tickets. In the event of modifications to the seating plan, you will always receive seats of the standard you originally selected or better. In the event of a change of date or venue you will be notified in writing or by telephone.
No liability will be accepted for delays, accidents or interruptions associated with force majeure or circumstances over which the organiser has no influence. Under no circumstances will expenses (hotel, travel, etc.) be reimbursed in the event of cancellation, postponement, changes to the programme or performers.
Entry to events is 30 minutes before the start of the event in question. Personal seating, food and drink must not be brought into concerts. Customers are not permitted to occupy seats other than those shown on their tickets during the performance. If you have been allocated pew seats, please ensure that you adhere rigorously to the seat numbering to avoid delays and possibly impairing the view of other members of the audience. The use of mobile phones, etc. in the concert hall is prohibited. Latecomers will only be admitted during the intermission. Please deposit coats, jackets, bags and umbrellas in the cloakroom.
For copyright and other reasons no photography, film, video or sound recordings are permitted during events. Members of the audience agree to their photos being taken without recompense.
Unimpeded access is ensured.
Data obtained through the sale of tickets will be retained for the purposes of accounting and customer records. Data will be processed in accordance with the Austrian Data Protection Act and will not be passed to third parties.
The competent expert court in Villach shall have jurisdiction. Austrian law shall apply.
